Hexagon Weaving Loom Felted Coaster (combo weave)
This pattern is for a felted coaster using a 6" hexagon weaving loom and 100% wool yarn. In order to complete this pattern, you must first follow the steps for 1 layer of the daisy weave and then 1 layer of the basic weave

| In order to make a felted piece, you must use 100% wool yarn. For the first layer, complete one round using the daisy weave pattern. |  |
| For the second layer, complete one round using the basic weave pattern. |  |

| Tye all intersections. If you are a beginner, follow the tying instructions. Once all intersections are tied, remove the piece from the loom. |  |
| To get the frizzy edging, cut all loops. |  |
| Felting is the process of bonding fibers together. The photo to the right is the result of tossing the above project into the washing machine. I was very excited with the results, a funky new coaster with a contrasting floral design! |  |
