Step 3 - Finishing
You may either cut the potholder off the loom with scissors or gently pull it off. Whichever you choose will determine how the finished piece looks.

| I decided to cut the loops and fray the edges with a fine tooth comb. You have to kind of comb the yarn side to side to get the frayed effect. | ![]() |
| This is the finished piece. I was really happy with the results. It's difficult to see in the photo, but this is a very soft yarn with gold thread running through it. | ![]() |
